ELDERS DEACONS SEMINAR
This happened at T P.C.E. Kahawa Station on 13th January 2024, from
8;00am to 2:00pm.
Attendance was quite encouraging, where more than 70 members attended.
Rev Joseph Mburu opened with a word of prayer, then devotion, (Numbers 14:36-38)
after when he started to train.

The TOPIC was about Loyalty
Loyalty is simply faithfulness.
Why Loyalty
Faithfulness and loyalty qualifies one to be a leader.
Faithfulness must be seen in every leader
He explained that as leaders, we should not be double faced or double tongued people.
Faithful leaders help to build a successful leadership Team.
If you are not loyal, you are disloyal.
What is disloyalty?
It is violation of loyalty to a person or group.
stages of disloyalty
It grows in steps/process
- Disconnection
- Offense
- Passivity- one doesn’t want to be involved
- Critical stage
- Political
- Open rebellion
- Execution.
N/B Disloyalty silence you before you die.
Keys of building a culture of loyalty
a. Creating fire- through prayer/fellowship/adoration
b. Working with willing people only
c. Teach against disloyalty
d. Remain in vision and cultivate around it.
In conclusion, disloyalty leads to rebellions, which leads to death
